Shipping & Return Policy

At South Eden Edible Nursery, we strive to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive in their new home. Shipping costs are based on the height of the plant—larger plants require additional shipping fees due to their size and packaging needs.
Please note:

• Dormancy: Some plants, such as peaches, may be shipped dormant depending on the time of year. This is a natural state and does not indicate poor health.
• Tropical Plants in Winter: Tropical plants are sensitive to cold weather and are shipped with caution during the winter months. Please consider local temperatures before ordering.

Plant Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that your plant will arrive healthy and undamaged. If your plant arrives in poor condition or is incorrect, please contact us at southeden@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to agricultural restrictions, live plants cannot be returned, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
