Not your average orange — the Cara Cara Navel Orange Tree delivers a citrus experience that’s as unexpected as it is irresistible. Grafted onto dwarf rootstock, this compact tree reaches just 8–10 feet, making it perfect for patios, small yards, or container growing, all while producing full-sized, high-quality fruit.
Flesh: Vibrant pink-red interior, thanks to naturally occurring lycopene-rich carotenoids
Flavor: Sweet, low-acid, and nearly seedless — smooth and easy to love
Fruit: Easy to peel, minimal pith, perfect for snacking, juicing, or adding to vibrant dishes
Origins: A natural mutation of the Washington Navel, first discovered in Venezuela
Harvest Season: Early to midseason — ripens just in time for cool-weather citrus cravings
Tree Size: Stays compact and manageable at 8–10 ft on dwarf rootstock
Self-Pollinating: No need for a second tree
Whether you’re new to citrus or growing a curated collection, the Cara Cara Navel adds color, flavor, and elegance to any garden. It’s not just an orange — it’s a conversation piece, a health boost, and a sweet slice of citrus heaven.

Carriers and Services
We ship all orders via UPS, offering Standard, Expedited, and Overnight services. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the selected service.
Winter Shipping Advisory
Cold Weather Alert: Tropical trees are highly sensitive to cold temperatures. During colder months, our greenhouses maintain warm, optimal conditions for growth, which makes plants more vulnerable to cold damage during shipping.
Recommendations: If temperatures along the shipping route are below 40°F, we recommend holding your order until it’s safe to ship. We will notify you if a delay is necessary.
No Freeze Warranty: We do not guarantee plants shipped during freezing conditions. Shipping in cold weather is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.
Shipping Schedule
Local (In-State) Shipments: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. Most locations within the state receive deliveries in 1 to 2 days.
Out-of-State Shipments: Orders ship primarily on Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.
