Introducing the Fruit Punch Mango Tree, a tropical delight that brings a burst of unique flavors to your garden. This tree is a marvel of nature, combining a robust growth habit with an abundant yield of delicious fruit.

The Fruit Punch Mango Tree exhibits a moderate vigor and an upright growth pattern, forming an open canopy. This characteristic allows for easy maintenance, with the tree’s height manageable between 10 to 20 feet with regular pruning. However, it’s worth noting that this variety is not suitable for long-term container growth.

The tree’s fruit production is impressive, consistently ranging from good to heavy. The mangoes themselves are a sight to behold, medium-sized and typically weighing between 1 to 1.5 lbs. Their vibrant colors, resembling a dragon’s egg with a fiery red top and a greenish-yellow bottom, add a touch of exotic beauty to any garden.

But the real magic lies within the fruit. Cutting into a Fruit Punch Mango reveals a vibrant yellowish-orange flesh, firm yet completely fiberless. The aroma is sweet and inviting, reminiscent of a tropical Hawaiian Punch. The taste is a delightful medley of classic mango sweetness balanced with a hint of acidity, bringing to mind flavors of lemon, pineapple, and green grapes. It’s like sipping on a fruit cup in the heart of summer.

The Fruit Punch Mango is a mid-late season variety, ripening from July to August. The fruits ripen progressively, extending the enjoyment of their unique flavor throughout the season. Harvesting is straightforward, with the fruit’s color shifting from green to a greenish-yellow hue indicating maturity.

Originating from Boynton Beach, Florida, the Fruit Punch Mango is a descendant of the esteemed Kent Mango, with Jakarta Mango believed to be its pollinating parent. It shares a similar flavor profile with Kent, Jakarta, and Bailey’s Marvel, yet stands out with its unique blend of fruity flavors.

Bring home the Fruit Punch Mango Tree and add a touch of tropical paradise to your garden. Experience the joy of growing your own mangoes and savor the unique taste of summer with every bite.
